Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This peanut butter banana smoothie is the type of breakfast that motivates you to get out of bed in the morning. It just requires four simple ingredients, takes a few minutes to prepare, and tastes so excellent that it might almost pass as dessert.

The peanut butter, banana, and whole rolled oats make it thick and creamy while infusing it with the most sweet and nutty flavor.

They also provide fiber, protein, potassium, and vitamin C, ensuring that this delightful meal is also nutritious. I think you'll love it!

Peanut butter, of course! This recipe works best with creamy natural peanut butter. Use store-bought or manufacture your own!

Frozen bananas make the smoothie sweet and creamy. To freeze a banana, peel it and store it in an airtight bag or container.

It will stay in the freezer for up to three months. Tip: Wait until bananas are ripe and spotty before freezing them. That way, they'll have the most delicious banana flavor.

Whole rolled oats give the smoothie great staying power and help it maintain its smooth, thick consistency.

Almond milk - or whatever milk you choose! Regular milk, or my homemade oat milk, would also work here.
